Exhibition Opening
Times
The
exhibition will be open to delegates at the following times:
- Tuesday: 1800 -
2000
- Wednesday: 0800 -
2000
- Thursday: 0800 -
1730
- Friday: 0800 -
1400
Allocation of Booths
The
Committee will allocate site positions after taking into account
each organisation's sponsorship, the date of confirmation of
participation, preferences, proximity to competitors and any other
relevant matters.
Exhibition Floor Plan
The Committee reserves the right to alter the floor plan.
Exhibition Booths and Display Equipment
ExpoHire is the booth builder for the conference and they will
contact each exhibitor in regard to the booth construction and
additional display equipment.

Bump-In & Bump-Out
Bump in will be from 1300 on Tuesday 20 October.
Set-up is to be finalised
by 1700 for the Welcome Reception, which runs from 1800 - 2000.
Bump-out will start at
1400 on Friday 23 October. Completed by 1700.
Delivery of Display Equipment
All materials for your stand must be delivered by Agility Fairs
and Events or brought with you on the day. See the quote form above.
Registration for Company Representatives
A form must be completed for each company representative. All
people attending the conference must register before the conference.
A conference name badge will be required to access the exhibition
area. See 'Downloads'
