  Agility Fairs & Events is managing the transport for booth equipment and satchel inserts. Agility is able to offer a full door to stand transport service. Note, the venue does not accept any deliveries. However, you can take you equipment on the day.

Registration of Representatives
A single form to register all representatives will be posted on this site. See 'Downloads & Delivery Labels' on this page. All people attending the conference must register using this form. A conference name badge will be required to access the exhibition area.

Booth Construction & Display Equipment
Moretons Hire will be the booth and equipment supplier for the conference. Details will be advised shortly.

Bump Out
Bump will start from the end of afternoon tea on Saturday. See the provisional program for further details.

Allocation of Booths
The Committee will allocate site positions after taking into account each organisation’s sponsorship, the date of confirmation of participation, preferences, proximity to competitors and any other relevant matters.

The Committee reserves the right to alter the floor plan.  See 'Downloads & Delivery Labels' on this page.

Delivery Labels for Display Equipment
The labels below MUST be used to send ALL booth equipment to the hotel. Deliveries sent without these labels will not be accepted. You will also need to email Conference Design the courier, dispatch date and consignment number so we can provide the hotel with a full delivery list BEFORE the conference.

Correspondence with Sponsors & Exhibitors
When booking a sponsorship package or exhibition booth please appoint and advise a single point of contact. All information including sponsorship, exhibition, registration, function and accommodation bookings will be recorded under the one name. All confirmations and notices will be sent to this person. A single exhibitor registration form is available to register all your representatives for the conference and book social functions and accommodation.

The correct delivery labels must be used to send ALL satchel inserts to the hotel. Deliveries without the correct labels will not be accepted. You will also need to email confirmation of the courier, dispatch date and consignment number so we can provide the hotel with a full delivery list BEFORE the conference.

Email a print quality logo in JPG, GIF or TIF format. Sponsors' logos will be displayed on the conference web site, registration brochure, program & abstract book and in the conference proceedings.

Specs:  A4 with a 10mm margin on all sides

Signage
Signage should be free standing, pop-up banners to allow for easy placement (the hotel has restrictions on fixed banners). The correct delivery labels must be used to send ALL signage to the hotel.
