Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved for delegates at the following hotels and can be booked when registering. All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions or require alternative arrangements please email Conference Design.
Accommodation Bookings
You will need to provide credit card details when booking accommodation . Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking. In the event of a cancellation or a 'no show' a cancellation fee may be charged to your card by the hotel.
Alternatively, you may pre-pay one night or the full accommodation amount. Pre-payments must be received by Conference Design at least 14 days prior to the conference. Please indicate how much you wish to pre-pay on the registration form.
Accommodation Accounts
You will need to settle your hotel account, including any incidental expenses, when checking out. Any pre-payments we receive prior to the conference will have been forwarded to your hotel.
Accommodation Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to Conference Design at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or 'no-shows' will attract a penalty of at least one night’s accommodation.

Medina Grand Waterfront

The hotel provides restaurant and bar with room service, a pool and gym. The apartments feature kitchenette, broadband, air-conditioning, Foxtel and room safe.
Vibe Hotel

The hotel provides a pool, spa and gym. There is parking (charges apply) and safety boxes.
The rooms feature broadband, air-conditioning, Foxtel and tea & coffee making facilities. Use of the Medina’s leisure facilities.
Note: Media Grand Waterfront and the Vibe Hotel are in the same complex, which is located across the road from the Conference Venue.

The resort has a pool, spa, WiFi, guest laundry, parking, Austar and breakfast is available. The villas have microwave, BBQ and private verandah. The superior room have a microwave.
Darwin Central Hotel

The environmentally friendly Darwin Central Hotel features restaurant, café, outdoor plunge pool, parking
safety deposit boxes and guest laundry. The rooms are decorated with unique local artwork, have broadband internet access and in-house movies.
Novotel Atrium

The Novotel Atrium boasts a tropical indoor rainforest, complete with cascading vines and palm trees.
It also provides a restaurant, bar, parking, pool, jacuzzi, gift shop, WiF and , business centre.
The rooms have opening windows and cable TV.
Note: Cheaper Accommodation Options are all located within 15 mins walking distance from the Conference Venue.
