The 36th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australian and New Zealand Burn Association will be held from 9 - 12 October 2012 at the Wrest Point Hotel & Convention Centre, Hobart.

The theme for the ASM will be Innovation?.

Just as energy is the basis of life itself and ideas the source of innovation; so is innovation the vital spark of all human change, improvement and progress.

We will be exploring the following sub-themes at this year's ASM:

Burn Care is a young specialty in an
environment rich with organisational and
technical innovation. New ideas and techniques of care are being constantly
explored, stretching the ability of even its most active practitioners to clearly define best practices.
