Echinoderms in a Changing World
The International
Echinoderm Conference is held every two to three years and attracts scientists and students
worldwide to share their research developments. In 2009 this Conference will
be held at the University of Tasmania in Hobart, Tasmania,
Australia.
I look forward to welcoming colleagues to Hobart in January.

Post-conference workshop
Expressions of interest are invited for a five-day post
conference workshop on tropical echinoderm diversity. The
workshop will be chaired by Dr Maria Byrne, Professor of
Developmental and Marine Biology, Director One Tree Island
Research Station.
The cost is approximately AU$1000 per person (ex Gladstone
Queensland, not including flights from Hobart) based on current
prices.
