must be received prior to the Conference. If payment is not
received prior to the conference a AUD$50.00 processing fee will
apply.

Registrations
All delegates will be emailed a tax invoice. If the email message
appears unformatted (i.e. text only) please contact Conference
Design for a PDF version. If you do not supply an
email address your confirmation/tax invoice will be faxed or posted.

All
prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
GST (Aus or NZ) is not applicable to
these costs.

Cancellations notified in writing by 1 October
will be eligible for a refund less $150. Cancellations
notified after this date will not be eligible for a
refund but another person may attend the Conference.
