must be received prior to the Conference. If payment is not
received you will be required to provide your personal credit card
details to guarantee payment. This card will be debited if
alternative payment is not received within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified in writing by 5 December 2007
will be eligible for a refund of the registration fee and social
functions less an administrative charge of $150. Cancellations
notified after this date will not be eligible for a
refund but another person may attend the Conference.
